The programs and dates listed above are subject to change. Every effort is made to secure speakers qualified to speak on the topics shown. However, we occasionally are forced to change topics or speakers, as well as program times, dates, or locations. Please be sure to check these items when you receive your emails, or call one of the Board members listed on the Board of Directors page for additional information. Meetings will NEVER be canceled due to weather conditions. Payment is due at the door, if not paid in advance.

If for some reason you are unable to attend, please contact us immediately. In order to receive a refund, reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the start of the program. If you do not cancel your reservation within this time period, a refund will be forfeited. For those that chose to 'pay at the door' during the registration process, an invoice for the full program amount will be sent to you.
